Customer Service:
Having customer service skills is an essential part of being a rideshare driver. SRDA believes that customer service skills are crucial for increasing customer retention and satisfaction. Sign up for extensive customer service training to improve interactions with your customers.
ESL:
Is English your second language? SRDA provides ESL training to drivers who need help learning English. English is an invaluable language to learn because it is universal and is the most spoken language in the United States. Learning English helps drivers communicate better with customers and rideshare companies.
Rideshare Policies:
Drivers should be aware of ongoing rideshare policy and regulation changes. SRDA will provide education on rideshare policies and regulations so that drivers would be informed and ready for the changes.
